Account Executive New Business – Deacon
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:-
To provide an unsurpassed insurance service, by:-
- Exceeding new business targets from obtaining new business sales from both new and existing customers. Cross sell complimentary products.
- Adhere to Company service standards and underwriting guides
- Ensure Property Risk assessment procedures are met.
- Plan and be responsible for your own workload
- Maintain clear and concise information on each agent/client. Using tam at all times.
- Met FSA compliance regulations
- Client Management by face to face and telephone activity.
- To service key account who Managing Agents by liaising with Property Managers to service insurance requirements.
- Provide assistance and support to the New Business Manager, Senior Account Executive and other Account Executives
- Work as part of a team encourage and motivate each other
- Assist new staff and give guidance as required
- Carry out any other tasks as may be required by your Manager and Senior Account Executive
- To identify and suggest improvements in systems, teamwork and procedures for the benefit of the organisation wherever possible.

Account Executive FTC to March 2013 – Deacon
MAIN PURPOSE/TASKS OF JOB:
To provide an unsurpassed insurance service, by:-
- Exceeding renewals budget from retaining existing client’s both Direct and Business client’s when applicable
- Cross sell complimentary products achieving targets set
- Offered direct debit service to clients to provide alternative payment methods achieving targets set
- Adhere to Company service standards and underwriting guides
- Plan and be responsible for your own workload achieving targets set
- Ownership of clients queries and resulting workload (i.e. post, call backs, mid term changes)
- Maintain clear and concise information on each agent/client. Using tam or insight at all times to keep an audit trail.
- Meet FSA compliance regulations
- Client Management by face to face or telephone activity.
- Provide assistance and support to the Team Manager, Team Leader and other team members
- Work as part of a team encourage and motivate each other
- Assist new staff and give guidance as required by the Team Manager or Team Leader

Senior Scheme Administrator
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:-
To administer the Court of Protection (COP) bond scheme
KEY TASKS:-
- To deliver and maintain high service standards to the COP, Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) and Deputies
- To assist COP/OPG and Deputies with queries, via either the telephone, email or written correspondence, and to continue until resolution
- To assist office services with the opening of the post. Ensuring all cheques are logged in accordance with Office and FSA regulations
